    Mondays: 7:30-8:30 PM (A.D.F.)

Wednesdays: 6:00-8:00 PM (A.D.F.)
                                          8:00-9:00 PM (Brazilian Jui Jitsu)

                     Thursdays: 7:30-8:30 PM (Brazilian Jui Jitsu)

                                 Saturdays: 10:00-11:00 AM (Brazilian Jui Jitsu/ ADF)
